The health of the Industrial & Logistics market has been buoyed by e-commerce and logistics – and is poised for future growth as indicated by numerous media reports reporting that various foreign governments are encouraging factories to relocate from China to Southeast Asia or even Indonesia. And new industrial estates are planned near the new Patimban port and in other locations in the country.
