THE BRITISH CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE – BUSINESS AND TRADE IN THE MIDST AND AFTER THE COVID-19 CRISIS | 30 APRIL 2020

On Thursday, 30 April 2020, the BiSEA Chambers & Business Groups held an exclusive, member-only joint webinar entitled, “Business and Trade in the Midst and After the COVID-19 Crisis” featuring Dr. Adam Marshall, Director General of The British Chambers of Commerce.

The session began with an elaboration of the current economic situation and the business environment in the UK, including the efforts that have been made in response to the pandemic as well as persisting challenges that needs to be addressed. The trade agenda is then addressed, with an explanation of what has been done so far as well as what the Chambers can further do in this regard. Roles of the BCC and its global chamber networks in strengthening trade and policymaking are also discussed for the sake of business and trade continuity in the future.

We would like to thank Dr. Adam Marshall and all the attendees for attending this webinar. BritCham Indonesia is committed to offering relevant webinars aimed at providing solutions to problems faced in this current crisis.
